What the results mean

These tools measure what your browser can observe about your hardware. That is genuinely useful, but it is not the same as a bench test with laboratory equipment. Readings are affected by your browser, your drivers, your operating system settings, and the processing your system applies before the browser ever sees the signal.

Treat the results as evidence. Do not rely on them alone for a purchase, a repair, a warranty dispute, or any decision where being wrong would be costly. A clean result does not guarantee a device is faultless, and a failed result does not always mean hardware is broken.

Provided as is

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be available at all times, work with every device or browser, or be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the site or relying on its results.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, or use it to break the law or to interfere with anyone else's use of it. You may link to any page freely.

Content

The text, design and code of this site belong to us. Reports and recordings you generate are yours; they are created on your device and we never receive a copy.

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
