This is the most useful kind of message we can get, because these tools are only as good as their thresholds. Run the test, use the copy or download button at the bottom of the page, and paste the report into your email. It contains your device, every reading, and what the test concluded, which is usually enough to find the fault without any back and forth.
It also helps to say which browser and operating system you’re on, and what you expected to see instead.
Other things worth writing about
A device the test can’t see. A fix that didn’t work. A tool you want that doesn’t exist yet. Wording anywhere on the site that’s confusing or wrong.
What we can’t help with
We don’t repair hardware, and we can’t diagnose a device remotely beyond what the tests already report. For a faulty device still under warranty, your manufacturer is the right place to go, and the downloadable report is designed to be attached to that claim.
